Background: I am a student at Florida State University studying Mass Media Communication. I have over three years of experience caring for children of various ages in both home and group settings. As a nanny I've cared for several children, assisting with schooling, transporting them to activities, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean environment. Additionally, as a theatre camp counselor, I supervised school-aged children, led creative play, and facilitated theatre arts workshops.

She’s cared for children as young as: 2 months old

Future plans: My future plans include completing a master’s degree while working toward a career as a creative director in film and fashion. I’m passionate about storytelling and visual aesthetics, and I want to bring fresh, creative ideas to both industries. I also plan to travel a lot, drawing inspiration from different cultures and experiences to shape my work. I have experience with dietary restrictions including food allergies and celiac's disease.

When she's not babysitting: When I'm not babysitting I enjoy surfing, sewing, and travelling to new places!

Defining quote: “The best way to find joy is to give it to others.” — Robert G. Ingersoll

Sophia provided care for my daughter from the time she was 2 and up, including after school and during the summer months and holidays while I was working. She would take her to the science center, the park, do arts and crafts with her, read with her, and help with her homework after school. Sophia is an exceptional choice for working with children due to her genuine enthusiasm, patience, and strong sense of responsibility. She has a natural ability to connect with kids, making children feel comfortable, valued, and safe. She is someone parents can trust and kids can enjoy spending time with!

Sophia frequently babysat for our 4yo and 6yo for roughly 2 years. Sophia regularly watched our children during the evenings, as well as occasionally caring for them after school and taking them to various lessons and activities. Sophia was always so enthusiastic and engaged with our children. They were always excited to see her. She was also a help to my husband and I around the house, tidying up even when we had not asked her to. She is a caring and responsible young woman who was loved by our children and trusted by us.
